● Support Marketing Manager to conduct monthly budget reconciliations to address and

● Work with cross-functional teams to align offline marketing efforts with broader brand

● Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
● Support sales team in tracking and reporting the impact of marketing initiatives on their
efforts. Qualifications and Skills
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience:
○ 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline marketing, CRM, or
a related role.
○ Experience working in the automotive or B2B industry is a plus.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms.
○ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
○ Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a bonus.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
