efficiency in reporting.
Engage with cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and
coordination of project activities.
Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the impact of process
improvements and tool integrations. Ensure continuous tracking and reporting of operational
performance.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and prepare reports on
project progress, metrics, and outcomes. Support Business units to Embed Continuous Improvement as part of their Day-to-Day business
cycle.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality
standards and customer expectations.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.Skills & Competencies:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in process improvement, process excellence, or business
process management roles, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or finance.
Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Operations, Customer & Vendor
Master Data Management, and Finance.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and
make informed decisions.
Data-driven mindset with experience using data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or
similar.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or BPM is
essential, and candidates with certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar
process improvement certifications will be highly desirable. PMP certification will be an added
advantage.
Demonstrated success in tool and system integration, with hands-on experience in ERP (Oracle),
Master Data Management (MDM), and automation platforms (e.g., RPA).
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead change
initiatives and collaborate across departments.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and above.
Lean Six Sigma or PMP/PRINCE2 certification or other project management qualifications.
