Technical Knowledge:
Experience in Heavy Fabrication, Painting and Oil supply system (Lubrication systems).
Deep Knowledge in welding processes Especially (GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW) for Carbon steels and stainless steels.
Knowledge in WPS, WPQR and WQT
Knowledge in Destructive testing and NDT processes (Level II preferred)
Ability to understand engineering drawings
Experience with reading prints and GD&T
Ability to do audit all vendor processes
Basic knowledge in Stress relieving, Leak test and Pressure test
Knowledge in ISO, DIN, ASME and ANSI standards
Must have Analytical knowledge for vendor evaluation
Deep knowledge in supplier handling in ethical by way of quality
Risk assessment and Gap analysis
New product and process development at suppliers, parts approval process Manufacturing process plan MPP and product quality Plan (PQP)
Deep Knowledge in non-conformity processes and CAPA analysis
knowledge in Business Conduct Guidelines
Basic Knowledge in Zinc Plating and testing
Deep Knowledge in Surface preparation (Blasting) and Paint testing.
Knowledge in VDA 6.3 process audit and ISO 9001 2015 systems audit (Preferred Certified VDA 6.3 process auditor).
