HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee personnel administration, ensuring accurate records of leave, sick leave, maternity/parental leave & attendance.
• Draft and maintain employment lifecycle documents, internal policies, and disciplinary documentation in line with local labor laws and global guidelines.

• Support line managers in the full recruitment cycle, defining hiring needs, managing recruitment agencies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee temporary labor assignments in collaboration with local staffing agencies.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate and monitor annual performance and development dialogues, advising managers on career development and talent retention strategies. HR Business Partnering
• Act as a strategic advisor to country leadership, providing guidance on people-related decisions and HR best practices.
• Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.• Drive HR initiatives and company culture, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and values. HR Administration & Payroll
• Prepare and oversee payroll processes including absence mangement to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate personnel databases and HR records to support decision-making and compliance.
• Manage HR budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
• Managing mandatory & statutory annual/ quarterly/ monthly report submission. Employee Engagement & Workplace Experience
• Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Plan and execute internal events, team-building activities, and wellbeing programs to enhance employee experience.
• Act as a key contact for employee feedback initiatives, gathering insights and implementing engagement strategies.
• Plan & Implement Development initiatives like training, coaching etc for employees in consultation with Local Management, HRBPs & Line Manager.
