Job Profile
- Talent Acquisition based on manpower planning & budgeting
- Assisting the GM –HR for strategies related to HR interventions across the hospital
- Assisting GM-HR in department wise manpower planning
- Conducting Campus and mass Interviews
- Handling all higher level recruitments including medical consultants
- New SOP drafting, updation of SOP
- Assisting GM-HR for NABH and other accreditations
- Conducting and coordinating internal and external training programs
- Assisting the GM-HR with disciplinary action and grievance handling
- Organizing employee engagement activities
- Assisting the performance review and development
Experience
Minimum 5 years in Healthcare
