Assist in the computation, filing, and payment of taxes, including but not limited to TDS, GST, Income Tax, and Advance
Tax. Support the timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare transfer pricing reports and documentation to comply with Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and other
regulatory and/or compliance requirements
Aid in the finalization of accounts and ensure accurate and timely month–end and year–end closing activities
Assist in payroll processing, including salary funding, debit note raising, salary entries, and remittance of statutory dues
(PF, ESI, Professional Tax)
Maintain and review the Fixed Asset Control Log, ensuring proper authorization, acquisition, and disposal of assets
Participate in periodic physical inventories, especially of high–value assets, and help resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company financial policies regarding requisitions, approvals, reimbursements, and leave
Support the development and enforcement of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and
compliance
Assist in the preparation of various financial reports, including monthly Performance Management Systems (PMS),
strategic projections, revenue and expense analysis, and contribution analysis
Support the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payment requisitions, PO forwarding,
GL posting, and vendor payments
Collaborate effectively with the finance and accounting team, providing support and assistance where needed JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professionalcertification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.Years of Experience 5+ years of experience
