Position : Estimation - Clean RoomJob location : AhmedabadSalary : 25 LPA Objective of this position • Prepare Cost Estimates for large scale Projects on EPC basis. • Estimating in compliance with Company standards Major responsibilities and function of this position: • Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect costs and Price. • Prepare Cost Estimates in line with scope withing stipulated timelines. • Maintain accuracy of the Estimates without errors & omissions. • Review / analyse quantities / costs based on KPIs, execution data, market trends, etc. • Analyse Project Risks and quantify impact thereof. • Prepare project cash flow analysis. • Understanding of insurance coverages, Bank Guarantees, etc. • Follow-up and co-ordination with other departments for bill of quantities and firming up costs. Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) Knowledge: Deep Understanding and Knowledge of Estimation and Tendering of Domestic and International projects Cross Functional: Good understanding on key contractual / commercial terms / clauses Skills: Good analytical & presentation skills Behavior (Soft Skills) : Adaptability; Team player
