- Design of various static Process equipment like pressure vessels, columns, Heat
- Exchanger. as per various codes like ASME & TEMA.
- Should be conversant with design codes/standards like ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2,
- TEMA & ASME Section II.
- Should be conversant with design software like PV-Elite, AutoCAD.
- Should be conversant with material specifications generally used for Pressure
- vessels and Process Columns.
- Design activities like Design Calculations, Stress Analysis & Review of Drawings
- Checking of Bill of Materials, documentation & maintain records as per ASME,
- Pressure Equipment Directive.
- Review Inquiry Specification sheets & Inquiry drawings provided by
- clients/consultants & provide appropriate outputs for the same.
- Review Inquiry Specification sheets & Inquiry drawings provided by

- Preparation and leading all design related activities for ASME U stamp audits and
- ISO audits.
- Close coordination with Projects, Procurement, Shop Planning, Production and
- Quality functions in order to meet all technical requirements as per Contract.
- Design and Detailed engineering of Pressure vessels and Process Columns for
- Refineries/petrochemical industry.
