SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance professional to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity research or investment banking with a focus on the pharmaceuticals/healthcare sector. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making by the top management.
Key Result Areas would be:
- Support preparation of analytically superior Long Range Business Plans & compelling Decks for the top management
- Finance Lead for strategic finance data analytics – peers benchmarking, Competition strategy benchmarking,
- Execute/ Project manage inorganic initiatives like M&As, Fundraising projects, Product Investment decisions, Business cases for New product development with all internal and external stakeholders
- Support financial analysis of Business Development & Licensing Team as required
- Ad hoc projects as required
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Analytics: Analyse market trends, financial statements, & industry data to provide actionable insights. Prepare compelling presentations for the top management, including infographics. Including but not limited to Peers/Competitors Benchmarking, tracking relevant M&A deals of companies & IPs, including Multiples and Valuation
Fund raise : Lead and support fund raise and investor relations activities with internal and external stakeholders and also IPO readiness.
Long Range Financial Planning: Global Consolidation, detailed analysis to bring out presentable insights, drive global streamlining of templates for efficiency / quick turnaround time, as well as scenario building & risk analysis
Support in inorganic initiatives: M&A activities & Fundraising Projects full cycle of deal process as per requirement. Supporting in dealing with Investment Bankers & Investor Relations.
Drive streamlining of master data tables, to support any data analytics requirement. For eg. Product Master
BD&L Business Finance: Financial analysis for organic & inorganic Business Development & Licensing initiatives
Support in ad hoc projects as required
