process to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Verifies if logistics capability versus special requirements can be matched.
• Responsible for accuracy of Tolling transactional data and accurate logistics charges.
• Manages non-standard orders, changes and exceptions requiring different transport
arrangements.
• Registers non-compliances and associated corrective actions in the quality measure.
Escalates repetitive non-compliances to focal point.
