Training Strategy Implementation & Employee Development Plans
- Work with Head HR and assist in foreseeing future talent requirements through Training needs identification for all departments & levels.
- Implement appropriate training methodology as directed, with respect to programs, techniques, processes, SOPs & formats (class-room/simulation/on-field/other methods)
- Assist Head HR in designing program formats that provide opportunities for ongoing development on performance, behavioural, managerial and other skills as relevant.
- Work with Head HR in customizing content for in-house training interventions whenever required & oversee content by external trainers as well before execution.
- Support in active talent management and in preparing IDPs/ Succession planning etc.
- Dashboards - Analyse feedback on the basis of report and make necessary changes in training execution strategy, framework & formats of programs as approved by Head HR
- Update and maintain a keen understanding of training trends & other developments & best practices followed in the industry to bring in new initiatives in the field.
- Support in executing Leadership Development/ Assessment Centres and strategies to help grow high potential talent.
New Joiner Induction program
- Design an interactive & engaging induction & orientation program and continuously innovate as per best practices in the industry. Consult with Head HR before implementing any new ideas and activities.
- Ensure successful implementation through the support team.
- Maintain records of new joiners, and organise/ coordinate New joiner inductions across the organization.
Administrative and Functional Support
- Prepare a training calendar and circulate to the entire organization every month.
- Maintain MIS of participants and their training attended by them and keep a track of man-days of training for each employee.
- Ensure logistical arrangements for all planned interventions are handled effectively, along with the L&D support staff.
- Work with a larger team in organizing internal trainings as well as coordinate with external trainers.
- Maintain custody of all training reports, feedbacks and findings.
- Updating, implementing and ensuring Benefits and Incentive schemes are planned in accordance with the potential and performance of people.
- Ensure Employee communication is effective for all levels and occasions, specially with respect to training, seminars and other such platforms.
Team Development
- Recruit, develop, engage and retain talent by effectively deploying employee benefits and engagement techniques.
- Monitor training programs in conjunction with the HR/Training Coordinator for team members to have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Learning and Development
- Invest in Learning & development of self and team members. Recommend certifications/ external trainings for team and collaborate with HR in providing internal training & knowledge sharing opportunities.
- Encourage team members to learn and provide them an opportunity to apply the same.
