Key Responsibilities:
• Execute assigned research projects and develop specific expertise in the assigned project area within the subvertical(s).
• Responsible for providing solutions to technical problems (with minimal guidance) of the assigned research projects. Delivering on time, first time right & in full the assigned innovation, product improvement and cost-savings projects.
• Work efficiently with other R&D teams and external partners and suppliers for quality and speedy execution of the projects.
• Support the scale up of new products in partnership with operations.
• Collaborates with analytical team for test methods required for Quality Control/Assurance.
• Work collaboratively with Packaging, Product Specialist, Operation and Sourcing/Purchase for sustaining existing product portfolio. Professional Experience/Skills:
• 6 to 10 years of experience
• Should have relevant experience in Adhesives and Sealants.
• Ability to develop products independently or with minimal supervision as per the designated portfolio.
