Skills and Experience:

• Should be capable of achieving sales target (individual and team)

Roles and responsibilities:
• Will be responsible to generate secondary sales for the assigned distributors
• Will have to manage at least a bandwidth of 2-3 distributors
• Will have to make 25 end customer calls daily, end customer being an outlet (for example: retailer,
restaurant, nursing home, hotels, shops etc.) and achieve daily productivity target.
• Will have to profile and add new end customers
• Will have to effectively manage sales & concern of distributors and end customers
• Will have to maintain regular follow ups with dealers for generating primary orders & timely
collection
• Will have to consistently hit and exceed sales target
