Key Account Executive (Operations) The individual is responsible for executing ecommerce strategies, supports operations, and assists in marketing, customer service, and analytics to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. Focuses on managing complete operations with platforms- supply management, tracking online availability, catalog management, timely media deployment, price management.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support across various ecommerce functions, including product listing, content management, order processing, and inventory management.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing assets and communication, including on platform and CRM marketing.
- Catalog Quality: Conduct regular quality checks on product listings, images, and other content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products and smooth order fulfillment processes.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of ecommerce data to track performance, identify trends, and generate insights for decision-making.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to ecommerce platforms like product discoverability and serviceability
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Competition & Market Tracking: track performance, pricing, ranking, marketing, review of our own brand versus competition brands.
