disruptions to business operations.4. Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for IT issues in a
timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for game development
and operational teams.
Oversee the deployment and management of IT systems and tools,
including cloud solutions, version control, and project management
software, ensuring they are functioning at optimum levels.5. Collaboration with External Vendors:
Build and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service
providers to ensure cost-effective solutions for software, hardware,
and network needs.
Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors for IT
services, hardware procurement, and game development tools.6. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that IT operations adhere to local and international
regulations, particularly data privacy laws in India and Spain.
Maintain thorough documentation of IT systems, processes, and
procedures for the Pune, Mumbai, and Spain offices.7. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, especially those
impacting the gaming industry, and recommend innovative
solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and security.
Evaluate and propose new technologies and tools that can help the
company remain competitive in the fast-paced gaming sector.Qualification & Requirements
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or arelated field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP)
are a plus.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with
at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong experience managing multi-location IT teams, ideally with
experience in international offices.
Experience in the gaming industry or related entertainment sectors is highly
preferred.
Excellent understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity,
and cloud technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve complex
technical problems.
