1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated territory, focusing on expanding Oriana Solar's reach to all B2B Solar EPC companies or integrators

2. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key clients in the Maharashtra market, focusing on prime customers for large-scale orders. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving requirements and provide customized solutions.
3. Product Portfolio: Promote and sell a diverse range of solar products from renowned brands such as Waaree Solar panels, inverters and L&T Schneiders meters, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' needs.
4. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with customers on pricing, terms, and conditions, leveraging market insights and understanding of customer requirements to ensure alignment with Oriana Solar's offerings. Strive to achieve win-win agreements that maximize value for both parties while upholding company policies and standards.
5. Product Knowledge: Develop basic understanding of Oriana Solar's product offerings as well as the technical specifications of Waaree Solar and L&T products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
6. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with other departments like purchase and planning to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
