● Complete regular 1-1s and coach team members to perform better

Requirements
● 5+ years of sales experience required
● 1+ years of sales team management experience preferred
● Experience with CRM suites like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales
● Experience with sales engagement tools like Reply.io or Outreach.io
● Experience in SAAS/IT sales will be a huge plus
● Focused on Numbers & should be Data-Driven
● Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
