6. Culture Building – Will work closely with management to cultivate an inclusive organizational culture that prioritizes listening to and addressing employee concerns.
7. Training – Will rigorously identify training needs and create tailored development plans for each role, closing gaps and promoting professional growth.
8. HR Automation – Will drive the automation of HR processes in collaboration with the internal IT team, streamlining operations for greater efficiency.
