• Knowledge of excel and Success Factor.
• Comfortable with conducing pre-screening calls with potential candidates ensuring their interest in the position, work location, etc.
• Extending jobs offers, explaining benefits packages and engaging in salary negotiation
• The candidate must be well-connected in the O/G domain and understands the industry’s jargon.
• Graduate/ Postgraduate with Up to 10 years of experience specifically in energy industry only (oil & gas)
