Qualification/education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects across diverse locations is essential. Experience in recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar staff is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law. Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using HRMS and other recruitment tools. Experience managing recruitment vendors and agencies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
