• Requirements gathering for new templates & document technical details
  • Understand the scope of the template building
  • Identify & document relevant data field values in templates and the source system of the data
  • Understand & document relevant stakeholders who will be involved in use of template
  • Understand & document any relevant notifications needed
• Develop, test and deploy templates in an agile way
  • Develop template in system according to the requirements
  • Do regression tests on fictive users to validate the output of the template
  • Collaborate with system management team to ensure the workflow of the template fits in according to the requirements
  • Demo template output to stakeholders and discuss on the outcome of the template fits in according to the requirements
  • Perform regression tests (both positive and negative)
  • Stage the templates in UAT environment for User Acceptance Tests
  • Deploy template in Production environment according to Go Live of template planned
  • Monitor the template outcome in production environment according to the Hypercare support agreement
• Maintain templates in a structured way in staging env. and support incident cases as and when raised by RSC/EDM operations team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand incidents reported
  • Collaborate with system management team to understand the issue details from template perspective
  • Identify the root cause of the issue from the template perspective and fix the issue
  • Test and monitor the fix
  • Perform regression tests on template
  • Deploy the fix on template in production post UAT
  • Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done)
  • Accept stories as done daily in accordance with the criteria in the Definition of Done
  • Help ensure quality in all deliveries with Behaviour Driven Development and through definition of acceptance criteria and test
• Contribute to team events
