Ensure timely payroll inputs and coordination with the finance team.
Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle employee grievances and support resolution in coordination with HRBP.
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
Assist in audit and compliance processes within the organization.
Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS on a regular basis. Liaise with department heads for HR operations support. Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. 2–6 years of HR operations experience in the Pharma industry is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office tools and HRMS software. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
