Key Responsibilities:
 Preparation of salary and wages
 Maintaining & updating of employee attendance & leave records
 Maintaining all the records of Selection, Promotion, transfer, leaving etc. - Leaves Encashment,
joining
 Overseeing all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave
tracking, management reports, workers’ compensation claims
 Completing initial reporting, accident, tracking and claim review analysis for settlements
 Ensuring all termination paperwork is complete as per requirements[
 Overseeing the performance management of the employees and assisting with salary planning
 Ensuring labour policies
 Handling grievance at shop floor
 Handling audit responsibly under the guidance of senior authority

Desired Candidate:
 12 years of experience in HR, with at least 10 years of HR experience in a
manufacturing environment
 Proficient in SAP must and MS Office, Payroll and attendance software
 Can manage shifts manpower
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and should be confident
