Organizational Hygiene:
Maintain updated HRMS databases.
Enhance LinkedIn presence to showcase the brand's creative work culture.
Culture Building & Employee Experience:
Organize meaningful cultural events (festive lunches, fashion talks).
Build strong relationships through open communication channels.
Celebrate creativity and team milestones.
Performance & Feedback:
Establish real-time feedback mechanisms.
Provide coaching and support, especially for creative teams.
Exit Management:
Conduct respectful exit interviews to gather insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
