- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet present and future organizational

• Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations, including but not limited to PF and
ESIC returns, and other statutory requirements
- Oversee employee benefit administration, including reimbursements and insurance
claims
- Stay updated on changes in labour regulations and update organizational policies
accordingly
- Liaise with legal advisors and regulatory bodies to address compliance issues effectively
• Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Evaluate training initiatives' effectiveness and make necessary improvements
• Administration:
- Manage daily administrative functions, including attendance, leave, and employee
records
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work
environment
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions per company policies and legal
requirements
