Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across
all HR activities.
HR Advisory & Reporting:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on strategic HR matters.
Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment
costs, and performance.
Recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures based on insights
gathered from employee data.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on recruitment
and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in HRIS, with preferred experience in Spine HRIS or similar platforms.
In-depth understanding of HR functions, including performance management,
employee relations, and payroll.
