HR Generalist Duties: Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, and compliance.Support talent acquisition efforts in collaboration with the recruitment team.Assist with performance management cycles, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.Analytics Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, headcount, recruitment, performance trends) and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.Partner with business leaders to provide data-backed recommendations on workforce planning and organizational design.Automate HR reporting processes wherever possible.Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and support audits and data reviews. Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or related field.1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to analytics.Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel (advanced), and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance operational HR tasks with data-driven projects.
