actively support our enterprise-wide focus in data driven decision making and planning capabilities.
You have a strong business analytics background and a keen interest in and understanding of Human
Resources trends, practices, and policies.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the HR organization to understand the needs of the business and to create new
opportunities to maximize the value of analytics & reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to develop and analyze business intelligence
needs.
• Automate, standardize, schedule, and publish key reports and dashboards which anticipate, and
answer business questions related to attrition, as well as the employee experience.
• Research for trends, patterns, and correlations in data; work with business partners to uncover
causation.
• Produce adhoc reports to answer business questions quickly and thoroughly.
• Translate data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations in
a way that influences decision making.
• Create and implement effective, scalable, and intuitive reporting solutions.
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
• Advanced skills in MS-Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle. Good to have VBA Macros & Power BI
knowledge
• Maintain working knowledge of all HR areas (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Training, Compensation)
(Headcount, attrition, performance, Employee surveys)
• Knowledge of reporting systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-train and pick up new skills quickly
• Commitment to quality service through appropriate follow through, urgency and persistence
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present information in an understandable format
• Ability to effectively consult with department managers and business leaders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Related Work Experience
Must have 5 to 8 years of Business Analyst/Data Analyst experience in HR domain
Good to have 1 to 2 experience on Power BI in creating reports and data visualization
experience
