- Write and post technical job descriptions on various forums.
- Coordinate with various recruitment agencies for candidate recruitment.
- Source active & passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex Internet searches and research.
- Use a variety of tools to attract, screen and track qualified candidates.
- Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential hiring needs.
- Monitor the success of position postings based on the volume and quality of candidates.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiency and improvements to our recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders/Managers for ensuring candidate interviews are done.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Provide periodic reports to management on vacancies and closures.
- Coordinating with employees and ensuring HR operations are performed.
- Coordinating with Accounts Team for salary calculation and disbursement.
- Coordinating with HRMS vendors ensuring that HRMS portals are updated as per company policies.
- Solid understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Has experience on team management. Able to manage team/team activities. Follow up with teams to ensuring activities are completed as per Process laid down by the company.
- Ability to train junior team members on various activities.
- Able to Manage and follow compliance process laid down by the company from time to time.
- Strong written and presentation development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to gain support and consensus for initiatives.
