Job Description
- Shall have executed 2 or More FPSO project as Lead engineer
- Shall be able to review of Man-hours, Cost data for Projects and Proposals
- Shall be able to handle Proposal execution including Review of man-hours estimation, Review of BOQ & Cost estimation and Review of critical inputs to other departments.
- Shall be able to ensure Manhour, BOQ / Cost optimization & monitoring with Proposal Manhour, BOQ / Cost in Project
- Ensure implementation of Quality control methods in projects & proposals.
- Monitoring of standardization program, development of new skills.
- Preparation of yearly Training budget & IT budget.
- Ensure Preparation & Implementation of Training Plan, checking effectiveness & taking feedbacks of the training programs.
- Finalizing requirements of new recruitment.
- Shall be establishing and communicating quality objectives for Departments and ensure its achievement
- Ensuring that the risk and opportunities that can affect conformity of products and services are determined and monitored and mitigated.
- Review contract document and should handle the team Lead engineers, Designers and modellers.
- Review of project master schedule and prepare & control departmental detailed engineering schedule.
- Prepare manpower resource plan as per allocated man-hours & monitor/control in-house man-hours & offloading cost.
- Shall be able to formulate Execution Strategy & Prepare project execution plan highlighting strategies.
- Shall identify the documents for approval of Classification society’s like ABS / DNV.
- Co-ordinate with client & resolve the technical issues.
- Expedite client / vendor through projects to get necessary information in timely manner.
- Review engineering deliverables prior to issue.
- Take remedial action in timely manner to achieve target.
- Shall ensure implementation of Quality Management System and achieves its indented results for assigned project.
- Shall execute departmental engineering work according to the applicable standards & procedures.
