strategies.
- Design and deploy initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop & strategize excellence models relevant to the function & align to the Organisational OE
Model. Coaching & guiding function teams on excellence maturity models
- Should have good knowledge on Time & Motion study for devising Manpower Strategies and
Process Improvement strategy
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements and measure
success.
- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma - White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and other OE training Programs
across locations to build a culture of continuous improvement
7. Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure projects align with organizational goals and deadlines are met.
- Knowledge on good tools for Project Management.
8. Sound Quality Aspects:
- Should possess high quality acumen, tools, and mechanisms to treat it on High Priority
- A firm follower of quality adhering aspects
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the business to ensure that all
projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.
