- Total experience of leading a TV+ Digital English news channel of 10+ years
- Understanding of video lead - news and news-adjacent content
- Must have relationships with big tech platforms such as Google, YT, Meta, Twitter, Microsoft, LinkedIn and also with video distribution platforms such as Jio TV+, Samsung TV+, Yupp TV, etc.
- Should have working knowledge of IT infrastructure and streaming infrastructure of digital video channel
- Should be able to create dynamic FCP for the channel as per the digital content trends
- Should be able to handle original content creation across multiple content categories
- Should have relationships among various industry verticals to drive partnerships with key opinion leaders, guests, panelists, etc
- Should be able to create optimization and monetization strategy for the channel for both programmatic and direct business with brands
- Should have experience leading medium to large teams of YT content creators, copywriters, visualizers, graphic designers, social media managers, etc.
- Should be able to drive business goals as per aggressive timelines
