Key Responsibilities:
 Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring
efficient and effective operations.
 Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial
statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
 Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial
plans.
 Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and oversee the
preparation of tax returns.
 Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard
company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
 Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit
process.
 Policy Development: Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
 Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
 Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial
insights and support business initiatives.
Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CA or
equivalent certification is preferred.
 Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 8years in
a leadership role.
 Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical
and problem-solving skills, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP), and
advanced Excel skills.

abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
