•Experience in the development of business models – user development fees, land usage fees, revenue sharing models, outcome-based facilities management fees, environmental and sustainable solutions, and associated models.
•Understanding of various industrial regulations, SEZ rules, industrial area development guidelines, policies, environment regulations and associated agencies, and stakeholders.
•Hands-on experience working with Government clients and multi-lateral agencies.

•Demonstrated experience as a thought leader in this field.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
•The candidate should have completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Mechanical. Appropriate MBA qualification will be of added value.
•20+ years of experience in construction/infrastructure/urban solutions space.
•Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of industrial processes, infrastructure technologies, and engineering principles is essential. This includes knowledge of automation, IoT, and industry-specific systems and standards.
•Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills to effectively lead teams, make strategic decisions, and manage budgets and resources for infrastructure projects.
•Problem-Solving and Risk Management: The ability to identify and address challenges in infrastructure development, as well as to mitigate risks, is crucial. This includes analytical thinking and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in industrial settings.
