Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals and values.
- Foster a cohesive and inclusive company culture across geographically distributed teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on HR matters.
- Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability, development, and alignment with company objectives.
- Support managers in conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Benefits & Payroll Management
- Oversee and optimize benefits programs for employees in the US and India, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to manage seamless payroll processing for both countries.
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in both the US and India.
- Develop learning and development initiatives to nurture employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in both regions.
- Update and maintain HR policies, adapting them to meet the needs of a global workforce.
- Employee Engagement
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven 10+ years experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a remote or global environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
- Expertise in performance management, benefits administration, payroll management, and culture building.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Knowledge of implementing HR process automation tools/portal is a plus
