1. Responsible for P&L of the category
2. Creating long term development strategies for the category
3. Identifying & guiding development of new products in the category; phasing out unsuccessful products & take learnings from them for future
4. Market, Category & Brand assessment for each of the brands responsible
5. Handling budgets & optimally utilizing them across brands under the portfolio
6. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and communicating with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines
7. Steering development & execution of 360 degree communication campaigns for the brands in category including TV commercials, Radio, Print, Digital, Outdoor, etc.
8. Evaluating success of marketing campaigns
9. Ensuring health & salience with customers for all the brands under the category
