Key Responsibilities:
Design and Branding:
o Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
o Develop branding elements that align with our company’s premium image.
o Design and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.
Social Media:
o Design engaging graphics and visuals for social media platforms.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that enhances our brand presence online.
o Create templates for social media posts, stories, and ads.
3D Visualization:
o Work on creating 3D images and renderings of real estate projects.
o Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure accurate representation of projects in 3D.
Project Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver on design needs.
o Assist in creating presentations and visual materials for client meetings.
Print and Digital Media:
o Design print-ready materials for brochures, magazines, and other collateral.
o Ensure that all digital assets are optimized for web and social media use.
Quality Assurance:
o Review and proof designs to ensure high-quality output.
o Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate industry or Leading content creating agency
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including real estatefocused work.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in designing content for digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
