Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Plan B, you will help shape the visual narrative of our brand across digital channels. You are a digital native, team player and creative by habit. You will create a communication design that helps forge a disctinct brand identity and fosters a sense of community for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute visually striking content in collaboration with marketing teams to amplify brand messages effectively.
E-commerce Creatives: From landing pages that tell a story to helpful infographics, using graphics, videos and images to improve conversion.
Creative Troubleshooting: Make the best of the creative assets and focus on consistent style and tone.
Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and the creative vision is executed with precision.
Video Reel Production: Lead the creation of engaging video reels, combining animation, graphics, and other visual elements to tell compelling stories and showcase our products dynamically.
Photoshoot Direction: Conceptualise and art direct flatlays, descriptive videos, creative reels, lifestyle shoots with in-house and freelance professionals.
Qualifications & Experience:
● 1-3 years of experience as a digital-first graphic designer, with a strong portfolio in the D2C and/or kids’ apparel space.
● Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
● In-depth understanding of design principles, digital and social media trends, and best practices.
● Ambition to upskill periodically.
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
● Experience with photoshoots or videography
