Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall development, performance and maintenance of the organisaton’s manufacturing activities.
- Develop strategic operational plan that align with company’s mission and objectives.
- Improving internal process and procedure to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Establishing strong relationship with stakeholders, suppliers and customers to drive business growth.
- Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing the duties in compliance with related to Manufacturing legal/ statutory regulations.
- Managing resources effectively to maximize output and minimize waste.
- Research and resolve reported errors and initiate efforts to prevent reoccurrence by addressing root cause.
- Oversee the creation and management of budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for areas of direct responsiblities.
- Ensure Safety regulations are meticulously followed to safeguard employee health & Safety.
- Manage budget and forecast, including focusing on cost reduction and operational improvement.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in manufacturing sector.
Experience in planning & Budgeting. Mentoring Skills.
Relevant Industry
Manufacturing (No Automobile industry)
Required Competency Skill
Outstanting Organisation and Leader Ship skill Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
Knowledge in data analysis and performance / Operation metrics.
