Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment, machines, or electronic products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment at client sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
Provide on-site support to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper service records, reports, and feedback documentation.
Coordinate with the back-end team for any escalations or part replacements.
Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed during service.
Travel across Ahmednagar district and nearby regions for customer visits.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting tools and basic electrical/mechanical concepts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time and work independently on the field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
