Reception & Customer Service:
Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage visitor entry by ensuring sign-in procedures are followed and issuing visitor badges.
Provide general information to parents and visitors regarding school policies, programs, and events.
Attendance & Student Information:
Record and track student attendance daily, including absences and late arrivals.
Ensure that student attendance records are accurately maintained and updated.
Handle early dismissal requests and notify appropriate staff (teachers, parents).
Assist in maintaining student files and managing other student-related documentation.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for internal communication between parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
Distribute school notices, newsletters, and important announcements to parents and staff.
Schedule meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and appointments for school staff as needed.
Coordinate and support school events, parent meetings, and special programs.
Administrative Support:
Assist in managing school documentation, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Help prepare and organize materials for meetings, orientations, and school events.
Maintain a neat and organized front office area, including organizing school brochures, forms, and supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the school principal and other staff as required.
Student Health & Safety:
Manage basic first aid and administer medication (as per school policy) in the absence of the school nurse.
Ensure the safety of students and visitors by following school security protocols.
Assist with emergency procedures in case of school evacuations or other urgent situations.
Record Keeping & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student contact information, emergency contacts, and medical history.
Ensure that attendance, visitor logs, and other school-related documentation are kept up to date and accurate.
Support the administration with data entry and school reports when required.
Support for School Staff:
Assist teachers and staff with scheduling, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Provide support to the administrative team during events, school functions, and parent meetings
