Duties and Responsibilities
▪ To consolidate finance data from all regions.
▪ Ensure that the reporting timelines and processes are fulfilled by regions/ MRS entities.
▪ Be a key player in preparation and communication of OE financial calendar and reporting processes.
▪ Support monthly forecasting and variance analysis process by reviewing and analyzing BU information
from the local teams.
▪ Perform BU trend chart analysis to highlight and provide explanations to the trend breakers.
▪ Provide MRS finance lead with necessary financial data to support the decision-making process going
forward
▪ Support the business planning processes, monthly MRS Global month-end review package
preparation, as well as Preliminary forecast and budget, strategic plan, and annual operating plan.
▪ To analyze and present financial reports in an accurate, transparent and timely manner.
▪ Manage the SBU ́s financial monitoring and reporting systems.
▪ Ensure financial reports accurately reflect financial performance in accordance Tenneco's policies.
▪ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and reconciliation schedules.
▪ Create analyses and reports as requested.
▪ Participate/lead finance process improvement projects.
▪ Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
▪ Degree in Accounting or Finance.
▪ Solid project management, and financial analysis skills.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Ability to conduct research and provide effective recommendations.
▪ Communicate effectively with other functional areas and all levels within the organization.
▪ Very good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to build complex report to track project
advancement and show your achievement to Management.
▪ Fluent in English is a must, any other foreign language is a plus.
▪ Ready to travel, if required.
