Responsibilities
• General supervision of professional accounting tasks which include but not limited to Accrual, Payroll accounting, Tax Compliance, Treasury Services, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Reconciliation, monthly closing, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Contract Review, Planning and Budgeting, Cost Allocation, etc.

• Lead the issuance of the monthly and annual Financial Statements.
• Review payment documents and review contracts and agreements to ensure the payments accuracy.
• Review billing/invoice, debit/credit notes, collection, and reporting activities according to the policy and procedures.
• Determine the classification of expenditure (Expenses vs. Capital) according to the accounting policies and procedures.
• Review the monthly reconciliation report, month-end closing, and financial and management reports.
• Keep Accounting Manual updated from time-to-time.
• Identify and report to the Controller the problems or unusual situations and provide recommendation(s) for corrective action.
• Prepare Cash Forecast Statement and Cash Analysis Reports for investment of surplus funds.
• Review proper documentation necessary for international transfer in accordance with the governmental regulations or auditing purposes.
• Prepare & review annual filings with Central Bank and Registrar of Companies.
• Prepare & review direct & indirect tax filings and ensure statutory timelines and uploads of relevant documentation on company’s & consultant’s portals.
• Getting the statutory, internal & tax audits done.
• Supervise & if required prepare Financial Analysis Reports for evaluation of vendors prior to registration.
Qualification & Experience
• Master’s degree in the Finance, preferably a member of ICAI.
• 5-8 years of post-qualification diversified experience in corporate financial accounting. Experience in tax accounting & filings shall be preferred.
• 2-3 years of work experience on FICO SAP module. Additional knowledge of MM SAP module would be preferred.
• Advance Excel essential (Excluding Macros etc.) and power point presentation.
• Knowledge of Internal Controls in Financial Reporting shall be preferred.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity & Risk Management shall be preferred.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Other details:Work from office 5 days a week
