Roles & Responsibility:
We are looking for a Finance Analyst for Accounts Receivable, This is a highly critical finance role.
Responsible for collection accounting, preparing Customer ageing, collection forecast and reporting related to Accounts receivables.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounting of Collections from customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up with internal and external customers for collection, reasons for debit and deductions.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection forecast.
- Follow up for Customer collection and preparing Account receivable ageing.
- Preparing various reports for AR for local reporting and global reporting with analysis.
- Follow up for Debit and Deduction reasons and closing all the open line items in AR
- Assist with the month end closing process for Sales.
- Responsible for internal and statutory audit schedules in AR
III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or Experiences
- MBA Finance with experience of minimum 2-3 years
- Preference for SAP knowledge
