Position - Facility Manager : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Oversee all building and grounds maintenance
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
3. Coordinate with external contractors for any necessary repairs or improvements
4. Manage allocation and utilization of space within buildings
5. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
6. Managing Building Management System (BMS room) CCTV, Emergency alarm system, Fire management system
7. Assisting in Procurement of General and IT assets.
8. Vendor Management and coordination
9. Asset Management and reporting
10. Assisting in BCP preparedness
11. Assisting in CSR related activities
12. Expatriate management support
13. Management of important article
14. Visitor Management support
15. Basic Project Management skills
16. Assisting in special events
17. Audit Experience
Experience
1. At least five years’ experience in facilities management or similar role
2. Experience supervising maintenance teams
3. Experience managing budgets
Additional Requirements
1. Ability to work flexible hours
2. Strong computer literacy
3. Competence in facilities management best practice
