- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying needs, sourcing candidates, and onboarding.
- Source candidates for roles including, but not limited to, Accounts, Procurement, IT, Sales Support, Logistics, Business Analyst, Mechanical Engineer, Quality Engineers, Quality Analyst, Maintenance Engineer, Production Engineer or related positions.
- Utilize databases, paid and unpaid job portals (e.g., Naukri.com), social media platforms, and LinkedIn for candidate search and outreach.
- Scrutinize resumes and conduct preliminary candidate evaluations based on key competencies required for KPIs and KRAs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtually and in person.
- Meet daily targets for resume submissions and achieve personal targets for successful joiners.
- Focus on reducing time-to-fill and enhancing the quality of hires.
- Strong expertise in leveraging Naukri.com and other recruitment tools.
- Proven experience in a target-oriented recruitment culture.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in relevant industries.
- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with corporate recruitment strategies and techniques.
