travel coordination. Candidates with an understanding of Wealth Management and Family Office
business and who can contribute to idea generation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Partner’s schedule, coordinate
meetings, and ensure optimal time allocation.
2. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the Partner and internal/external
stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
3. Event Management: Assist in planning and organizing key business meetings, events,
and engagements.
4. Travel Coordination: Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, including
itinerary planning and logistics.
5. Business Support: Develop a sound understanding of the Wealth Management and
Family Office business to provide effective assistance.
6. Leadership Navigation: Serve as a key point of contact between the Partner and the
leadership team, ensuring seamless communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
3. Skills: Strong communication and articulation skills, particularly in stakeholder
interactions.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
5. Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the Wealth Management and Family
