Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Seamlessly manage the partner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize time effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including startups, founders, and investors.
- Event Management: Assist in planning and organizing founder events, investor meetings, and other key business events.
- Travel Coordination: Manage complex travel itineraries for both domestic and international trips.
- Business Support: Understand the nuances of the business, and provide strategic support in partnership modules and other business functions.
- Leadership Navigation: Serve as a bridge between the partner and the leadership team, assisting in decision-making and communication.
- Adaptability: Be agile and adaptable to the fast-paced startup environment, embracing ambiguity and unstructured processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, with 10+ years of overall professional experience. Previous experience working with startups or founders is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Skills: Strong communication and articulation skills, especially when dealing with founders and external stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in MS Office and other project management tools.
- Agility: Quick learner, with the ability to understand the startup ecosystem and business model.
Preferred Profile:
- Industry Experience: Experience in startup environments or working closely with founders. Large MNC experience is not ideal due to the unstructured and dynamic nature of this role.
- Mindset: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with an understanding of the challenges faced by startups.
- Ambiguity Tolerance: Comfortable navigating uncertainty and working in an evolving, fast-paced environment
