Manage all aspects of Project Planning and Internal operations
Works with manufacturing teams, commercial team, QA, QC and non technical teams to plan specific requirements per month,
Strong management of timeline, budget, resources and vendors.
Manage relationships and serve as a single point of contact for internal operations.
Responsible for managing cross-collaboration of the core team and for overall project delivery to support and to manage study issues and obstacles.
Apply problem-solving skills to daily issues with cross-functional team (including with vendors, sites, team members)
Provide efficient updates on progress to the Head/ Director, with respect to vendor selection, project plans, budget and timeline management, quality standards and risk mitigation.
Identify and assist in developing continuous improvement activities based on important trends such as regulatory, new technology, etc.
Manage and maintain the Management’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and events.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or summaries as required.
Manage day-to-day operating level affairs to the CEO and provide support in analysis, reporting and coordination to the Management team
Provide analysis and comments on various management reports.
Facilitate effective communication between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain utmost professionalism.
Assist in the coordination and follow-up of projects and initiatives.
Manage and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
Coordinating with different vendors and completing assignments on time.
