•Spearhead engineering development and sustained performance across India’s IT landscape, including hiring, community building, and talent engagement.•Drive integration of DHub India with global engineering teams, promoting innovation and new ways of working.
•Ensure delivery of engineering services aligned with DHub India's strategic goals, backed by ~$30M in digital investments.
•Build trusted partnerships with IT and business leaders to champion digital transformation.
•Represent and influence IT leadership and business stakeholders on strategy and execution.
•Foster a strong, inclusive team culture focused on data science, software engineering, and product innovation.
•Oversee execution of multi-million-dollar, enterprise-level initiatives.
•Develop and implement a workforce and talent retention strategy tailored for India, ensuring access to skilled, scalable talent pools.

•Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
